Absolutely adore this place! The staff was so sweet, it was our groups first time there and we were having a hard time picking and never felt rushed our whole time. She helped us place our cupcakes in a way that would be safe for our long trip home and even gave one of our group members a cake cup after they had already checked out and were regretting not getting one more flavor. Can’t wait to come back every single time we’re in the area- truly made our day
Absolutely delicious cupcakes! I got the cookies & cream and it hit the spot! Bakery is clean, organized, and made fresh. Great customer service. It is in an odd location, but hopefully they will grow and create an empire and have multiple locations soon. Pricing was reasonable for a bakery cupcake. Great selection too!!
We used The Urban Cup for our wedding desserts, and they were great! We ordered both regular and gluten free mini cupcakes in various flavors. Everyone loved them! We also ordered a small cake to cut that was dairy free to accommodate our food allergies. The ordering and pick up process was easy, and we were very satisfied with their product! I recommend using The Urban Cup as your dessert vendor, especially if looking to accommodate food allergies.
awesome little shop worth the drive. Walk in to the scent of buttercream and cake made with love and real ingredients. The small cakes were moist and full of flavor. The icing was was to die for!! Lemon, raspberry pearl, Italian cream and salted caramel apple were our choices and yes, I would get them all again. They even added a birthday candles and boxed them up individually. :) Enjoy!!
They are all sweet and kind, and the owner is even more so. The cupcakes are always fresh and moist, and there are about 15 or more flavors! They have a nice point/reward program, too. I highly recommend The Urban Cup! You won't find better, BIG, awesome, cupcakes anywhere else! Oh, my personal favorite is the German Chocolate one, but the others are wonderful, too!

We stopped in to use the Library Youth Summer Passport and got a free cupcake, plus 2 extras. The Key Lime was DELICIOUS, the Mocha was fluffy and balanced, and the Birthday Cake was exactly what our kiddo wanted. Service was kind and quick! We were in and out and on our way with treats! If you want to try a flavor but aren't ready for a whole cupcake, check it they have a cupcake cup of it!

Urban Cup never disappoints!!! The only complaint I have is that there is no room hardly to sit and enjoy my cupcake! I got the caramel macchiato and I am so impressed with the burst of flavor in every bite! The price is reasonable and the cupcakes are perfect!!!
